In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item that you have purchased Lylly-Fysh agrees to repair, replace, or refund the item in question as long as it is returned to me within a reasonable period after purchase and the fault is deemed to be a product fault and not due to misuse.
Please choose your items carefully, However in the event that the item you have purchased is completely unsuitable or the wrong size Lylly-Fysh will refund or exchange the item in question minus postage costs and also any handling cost that may apply, providing you have contacted me within 7days of receiving your item. Items being returned must be in as new, unused and unwashed condition

Mostly Monsters Refund and Exchange Policy
I hope you are satisfied with your Mostly Monsters purchase. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your purchase from Mostly Monsters, I agree to refund, exchange or repair the item in question so long as the fault is workmanship related and not due to misuse, wear and tear and I have received contact regarding the fault within 5 days of you receiving the item.
Returns are of purchase price minus any postage fees.

Returns Policy
In the event of faulty product returns will accepted up until 14 days after purchase. Faulty goods can either be repaired, replaced or refunded on the reciept of the original goods which will be at the buyers expense.
Repair
Goods to be returned to seller at buyers expense, then once repaired will be sent back to buyer at sellers expense.
Replace
Goods will be returned to seller at buyers expense. In the event of replacement item being lesser in value the difference will be refunded or Credit Note issued. If the replacement item is greater in value then the buyer is required to pay the difference before the replacement item is shipped. Replacement item will be posted at sellers expense.
Refund
Goods must be returned to seller for refund to be given. Refund will be either in the form of internet banking or for a Credit Note.
Credit Note/Gift Vouchers
Credit Notes will be valid for 6mnths after they are issued.
Gift Vouchers will be valid for 12mnths after they are issued
Date of issue will be written on credit notes/gift vouchers and can not be altered.
If you have chosen a garment that is the wrong size then you have 7 days after purchase to contact me and organise replacement for correct size. If the correct size cannot be found then a Credit Note will be issued. I will not offer a cash refund for items that are incorrect or if you change your mind.

Shipping Refunds and Exchanges miss jade offers a refund or replacement if items are not up to scratch .Please supervise small children who will be handling these items. The clips contain small parts and can be a choking hazard
