Buying on Little Kiwi's Nest

What is the buying process?

Each store on Little Kiwi’s Nest is a totally individual home-based business, without any middle man.Here, you are supporting local designers & our economy.

Once your order is placed, it is split up and sent to the appropriate stores for payments (except for PayPal payments)and posting. A receipt will be issued both onscreen and sent to your email address.

All queries and questions about your order or the products listed on the web site should be made to the stores in question and you can do that through the Contact Us page. Each store also handles its own after sale service, warranty issues and follow ups.



What are the payment options?
Little Kiwi’s Nest is a collection of totally independent stores
and thus each store will specify its payment options.

Payment must be made within 7 days unless prior arrangements are
made with the seller. If payment is not received in this time then the
order will usually be cancelled and the items re-listed for sale.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where appropriate.
Due to the small nature of most businesses listed,
GST is not always applicable.

What is your return & warranty policy?
Little Kiwi’s Nest is a collection of totally independent stores and
thus each has its own return & warranty policies.
Please refer to the Policies page for details.
Little Kiwi’s Nest does not offer a warranty over and beyond that of its stores.

What if I am unhappy with a transaction?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a transaction,
please contact the relevant store directly via their details in the Contact Us page.
If you feel that the store is not responding,
contact the Little Kiwi’s Nest customer service team via the Contact Us page and
we will negotiate a fair outcome for all.

Wholesale and Retail

Are items on this site available wholesale?

Some of our designers already sell their products wholesale to local retailers, however there is not a site wide policy for this. It is totally at the discretion of each independent designer as to whether they choose to offer their products at wholesale prices to retailers.

If you are a retailer interested in stocking items you have seen on our site we suggest you contact the designers directly to discuss the option of a wholesale agreement. You can do this by clicking on 'contact us' on the head or foot of this page.



Is there a physical shop I can visit which stocks items from this site?

Although some deigners do sell to local retailers, there is no shop which holds items from all our independent designers at this stage.
